“People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness.  Just because they're not on your road doesn't mean they've gotten lost.”

Love it - both quote and picture! It reminds me of that Tolkein great, "not all who wander are lost..."

Beautiful photo, and the quote is so true. Wish more people believed that!

Just fabulous!
And even when we are on our own roads, doesn't mean we can't park the car and go for a little stroll down a side lane now does it?

Such a beautiful image...evokes feelings of calm and serenity. And a strong desire to go see what's just beyond the turn in the path...

I'm curious as to why we care if others are lost. I mean beyond the obvious. Why can't we be content in our own journeys? I also love Possum's thoughts on the side lane! A detour is sometimes good for the soul!

Hi Kathy,

What a lovely photo and a great quote too. I'm so looking forward to going on hikes soon ... thank you so much for reminding me of that!

Hope you have a wonderful day,

Kathy M.

I love the photo and the quote. Too many people think it all has to be their road. What a boring world that would be.

Beautiful photo and great wise words with the quote.

Thanks, everyone. I love the idea of exploring side roads and meandering where we please... It certainly would be a dull world if our paths were all the same.
