  1. This definitely makes you stop and pause. Sometimes we only consider the goal and not the journey. Often I have set goals that lined up with what sounded good but they were not necessarily what brought me joy. Thanks for sharing this thought. Hugs!

    1. Debbie--Exactly! Sometimes we set goals we *think we should set and make ourselves miserable. The journey is so much longer than the end point--it's important to remember that.
