“Modern society is defined by an excess of opportunity. We have more information, more products, and more options than ever before.

“As a result, curating, filtering, and refining are more important skills than ever before. Those who edit best will find the signal in the noise.”

—James Clear

  1. This year presented me with challenges because of more online time, less real world time. The excess of material goods and choices isn’t healthy for me. I’m still struggling with getting to the essentials in my life. Thank you for this and all your posts.

    1. Rita--This year has been challenging in so many ways! I also find excess of things and choices difficult--I tend to get overwhelmed and do nothing. I hope that you will be able to allow yourself to take a breath and relax into your choices. And I'm so happy that you've found this and other posts helpful--I can't tell you how much your comments mean to me :)
